Ingredients (6)
- 450g pkt hokkien noodles
- 1kg Coles Deli Raw Prawns Thawed, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 5cm lengths
- 120g honey and soy stir-fry sauce
- 1 cup coriander leaves
Method
- Step 1 Prepare the noodles following packet directions.
- Step 2 Heat a large greased wok over high heat. Add half the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until prawns curl and change colour. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining prawns.
- Step 3 Stir-fry the onion and broccolini in the wok for 2 mins or until broccolini is just tender. Return the prawns to the wok with the noodles and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until heated through and well combined. Sprinkle with coriander to serve.
