Ingredients (7)
- 2 tbsp sweet potato dip (or homemade mash)
- 4 slices Abbott’s Village Bakery Harvest Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
- 100g roast turkey, sliced
- 2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 60g brie, sliced
- Handful of snow pea sprouts
- 2 tbsp fig chutney
Method
- Step 1 Spread the sweet potato dip over 2 slices of bread. Top with the turkey, cucumber, brie and sprouts. Spread the chutney over the remaining slices and place on top of sandwiches to cover.
