Ingredients (9)

  • 6 cinnamon apple herbal tea bags
  • 1.5L (6 cups) cold water
  • 1 green apple, cored, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 6 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1 x 750ml btl sparkling apple juice

Method

  • Step 1 Place tea bags in a large bowl and pour over the cold water. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Remove and discard tea bags.
  • Step 2 Add apple, orange, lemon, lime and lemon thyme to the tea mixture. Cover and chill for a further 30 minutes.
  • Step 3 Place the ice cubes in a large serving jug. Pour over the tea mixture and top with apple juice. Serve immediately.
