Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and knead evenly. -

Add butter and knead into a smooth dough. -

Ferment until doubled in size. -

Deflate the dough and divide it into four parts. -

Take one portion, roll it out and add the bean paste filling. -

Roll into ox tongue shape. -

Make a few cuts on it. -

Roll it inward into the pattern as shown in the picture. -

Place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size. -

Brush the surface with egg wash. -

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
