Ingredients (3)
- 2.4kg watermelon flesh, chopped
- 185ml (3/4 cup) passionfruit pulp
- Ice cubes, to serve
Method
- Step 1 Place a third of the watermelon in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug. Repeat with remaining watermelon in 2 batches. Add passionfruit and stir until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 2 hours to chill.
- Step 2 Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
