Ingredients (5)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 cups frozen raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 litres lemonade, chilled
- 8 sprigs fresh mint
Method
- Step 1 Rub rims of 8 glasses with lemon. Place sugar on a plate. Dip rims in sugar to coat. Place glasses in freezer.
- Step 2 Place raspberries in a bowl. Using a fork, gently crush. Transfer to a large jug. Add lemonade. Stir to combine. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with mint. Serve.
