Ingredients (5)

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries, partially thawed
  • 2 litres lemonade, chilled
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint

Method

  • Step 1 Rub rims of 8 glasses with lemon. Place sugar on a plate. Dip rims in sugar to coat. Place glasses in freezer.
  • Step 2 Place raspberries in a bowl. Using a fork, gently crush. Transfer to a large jug. Add lemonade. Stir to combine. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with mint. Serve.
